This letter is unsolicited. Ian took charge of our pool and landscaping from beginning to end. We are thrilled with the outcome. If care, concern, calm, consideration and classic workmanship above expectations are what you are looking for, then Ian Miles and his team are the solution. Ian kept us informed at all times, kept within a diffcult budget, delivered a magnificient job, ensured that all sub-contractors delivered to his standard and satisfaction and did it all in often atrocious weather, on a less than straightforward site. He communicates clearly and well and maintains a harmonious relationaship with all at all times. Ian is honest and straightforward and I am proud to say, now a family friend. Dear Jeremy, thank you for recommending Ian Miles. As we have never installed a pool before, we felt a bit nervous as to whether we were making the right decisions. It certainly took the weight off our minds knowing one person could co-ordinate the entire project for us and we found Ian to be very trustworthy and his suggestions very helpful.
